Scotch Steam Boiler with Flame and Smoke Tube for Liquid and Gas Fuels

 

 

Steam boiler design: High-pressure, three-pass, flame-smoke tube, cylindrical, Scotch type steam boilers are designed and manufactured in accordance with TS EN 12953, Lloyd's rules, and EN standards.

 

The materials used in steam boilers—the casing, mirrors, and combustion chamber—are manufactured from P265GH or P295GH boiler plate conforming to EN 10028, while the flue tubes are made from boiler tubes conforming to EN 10216 or EN 10217.

 

The Mesann steam boiler's three-flow design ensures maximum heat transfer by circulating the flame and flue gases, resulting from efficient combustion, across sufficient heating surfaces; after this, the flue gases are expelled through the chimney without causing low-temperature corrosion.

This results in high boiler efficiency. It responds well to sudden steam demands.

It has a large evaporation surface and vapor volume. It has a large, corrugated combustion chamber.

 

Following manufacturing, they undergo hydraulic testing at the pressure calculated according to the standard. Access to the boiler is possible through the front doors to the smoke pipes, through the large-diameter blast hatch at the rear to the combustion chamber, and through the manhole and at least two handholes on top of the boiler to the water side. Although more expensive than steam generators, they are the most ideal steam boilers for high capacities.
