Heat exchangers

Plate size and number of plates are determined according to the flow rate of the fluid passing through, its physical properties, pressure drops, inlet and outlet temperature values, and the desired maximum strength value. One of the biggest advantages of plate heat exchangers is that the plates can be easily added and removed. They are adapted to new conditions by increasing or decreasing the number of plates according to the desired strength value. Thanks to the easy removal of the plates, cleaning plate heat exchangers is much easier than expected.
Plate heat exchangers are more efficient than tubular heat exchangers due to the highly turbulent flow created by their patented plate design. They are also lighter in material weight and cheaper than tubular heat exchangers.
